NSPL Freshservice is cloud-based IT Help Desk and service management solution that facilitates organizations to simplify their IT operations. Freshservice offers ITIL-ready components that assist administrators in managing assets, incidents, problems, release and changes. The Asset Management component helps organization exercise manage their IT assets. Software and hardware assets can add, tagged, delinked and tracked, ensuring asset visibility and awareness.
